The RSPB took over management of Easter Head, which is part of Dunnet Head, in 2008 and one of the species it was interested in was the great yellow bumblebee. The Trust's display at the Orkney Science Festival will focus on species identification, in particular bees. Thanks to a supporter, we have an excellent collection of photos in the history archive at Brough which is fast becoming more than a history archive - see our site at http://www.dunnethead.co.uk. Meanwhile the RSPB have produced a great map of Dunnet Head with a trail http://www.rspb.org.uk/Images/dunnethead_map_tcm9-246447.pdf
